Berthe joined ERB as CFO and team manager of a team consisting of professional controllers and bookkeepers.
Berthe’s responsibilities include overseeing the finance of the companies she and her teamwork with, preparation of financial reports, ongoing OCS reporting, complex financial and tax issues.
Berthe heads the Due Diligence, IPO and M&A’s of the companies she works with as well as the process of fund raising rounds on all financial aspects that support it.
Berthe has over 10 years of knowledge and experience working as accountant, controller and auditor in leading Israeli and international companies and corporations.
Berthe has experience in management of financial teams, management of ongoing finance activities of companies in a hyperdynamic environment, defining and streamlining financial processes and procedures, leading the process of preparation and review financial reports of public and private companies, and experience as an auditor in Ernst & Young firm.
Berthe is an Israeli CPA with a BA in Economics and Accounting from Ruppin Academic Center.
